My Account
To open "My Account" page, click the button near the search bar on page top(Members only).
Account Dashboard
1. My Personal Details
Includes registed email address and order amount
2. My Shipping AddressClick "Add" to add new address
3. My OrdersClick "Order No." to check specific order details
4. My Favorite Click heart-shaped button 
on list page or product page can add products to My Favorite.
- Visitors can alway click "More" on top right corner to check more details.
Manage Address Book
In Address Book, members can
1. Edit billing address2. Edit shipping address
3. Add a new shipping address
- Address Book accept one billing address & multi shipping addresses
- After placing the order, if any Change about the address, please contact LOVETOY Sales Rep.
My Orders
Show order date, order number, order amount, order status of all orders.
1. Click "Order Number" or "View Details" to show the list of the ordered products.2. Click the picture or description to reach the product page. Members can easily

For orders awaiting payment, members can edit the payment method and choose between

Click "Write Inbox" to leave a message, LOVETOY will reply you within one working day.
