To prevent unauthorized forwarders from picking up goods. Please follow the below steps:
1. Clients need to send forwarder's contact info to LOVETOY sales rep before pick up.
2. Forwarder sends driver's info before the driver arrives LOVETOY warehouse.
3. LOVETOY releases cargo only if the driver's info matches.

LOVETOY cannot ship to countries where sex toy is illegal like India, UAE directly. Clients from those countries must:
1. Pick up goods from LOVETOY factory.
2. Hire a Chinese forwarder to handle the shipment.
