Proforma Invoice
When receive orders, LOVETOY sales rep will send Proforma Invoice (PI) with necessary infos to clients. If clients agree with the info listed on PI, arrange payment accordingly. If not, contact sales rep for adjustment.
What's in Proforma Invoice?
1. LOVETOY info
Includes: company name, pick up address, zip code, telephone number.
2. Importer info
Includes: company name, contact name, phone number, shipping address.
If billing address is different from delivery address, please explain to LOVETOY sales rep.
3. Shipping info
4. Goods info
Includes item code, image, color, quantity, unit price, amount.
For products out of stock, clients can change them, remove them or wait for their new production.
LOVETOY will prepare the order according to the final info.
5. Financial info
Includes subtotal, discount or rebate, accessorial service & extra cost, grand total.
6. Special request
Includes: packing method, shipping mark, HS code, declare product name, goods ready date, free display rack, instructions pamphlet(come with 9 languages), etc.
* For regular clients, LOVETOY sales rep will copy most info from previous orders. If any Change, please contact LOVETOY sales rep.

Shipping mark
Shipping mark is the words LOVETOY writes on cartons to distinguish goods from different clients. By Default, it will be client code - The first 4 letters of the Invoice Number. If clients have special demand for shipping marks, please contact LOVETOY sales rep.
Sometimes forwarders will have special demand for shipping marks.
HS code & declare product name
Sometimes forwarders will have special demand for shipping marks.

For all products, LOVETOY uses HS CODE 90191010 and declares them as "massager".
